Roger Fisher

Context: Roger Fisher (1922–2012) was a Harvard Law School professor and the founder of the Harvard Negotiation Project. Getting to Yes (1981), co-authored with William Ury, popularized “principled negotiation” — separating people from the problem and focusing on interests rather than positions.
