Day 1

“Day 1” is the Jeff Bezos framework Kyle’s notes flag as a signature of his operating philosophy. The line, drawn from Amazon Unbound, is: “Day two is stasis, followed by irrelevance, followed by excruciating, painful decline, followed by death.
