Who Knew (Barry Diller)

Diller’s memoir, written in his eighties: the William Morris mailroom, ABC and the invention of the made-for-TV movie, running Paramount and then launching the Fox network for Rupert Murdoch, the QVC years that turned him toward transactional media, and the roll-up of internet properties that became IAC and Expedia. It is also a personal book — he writes publicly for the first time about his sexuality and about his marriage to Diane von Fürstenberg.
