Sam Harris

Neuroscientist, author, and public intellectual known for atheism and critique of religion, particularly Islam. Co-author (with Maajid Nawaz) of Islam & The Future of Tolerance (2015) — a dialogue that presses the case that critiquing Islam is not bigotry (Harris’s view) while arguing the religion is what its adherents interpret it to be (Nawaz’s view).
