Two pages, produced early in the 2020 outbreak by harm-reduction practitioners.
It does the thing harm reduction does: starts from what people are going to do anyway and gives practical guidance — not sharing equipment, planning for supply disruption, what respiratory illness means for someone using opioids alone.
A good specimen of a genre that has to be written fast, for an audience most public-health communication is not addressed to.
