Oxford’s business school, and the academic home of John Hoffmire in Kyle’s notes. Hoffmire is faculty there, teaching in the MBA and executive-education programmes, and directed both the Saïd Business School Impact Bond Fund and the Saïd Global Entrepreneur Network. The focus of his teaching is employee ownership and impact investing — the same themes Kyle drew out of his August 2nd, 2014 conversation with Hoffmire at Oxford.
