⚠️ Two different things are braided together here and they must be separated. The historical abuses it cites are real and documented — the radiation experiments were confirmed by a presidential advisory committee in 1995, MKUltra by the Church Committee. The synthesis — that these constitute a single ongoing targeting programme — is not supported, and the book’s later chapters rest on testimony that cannot be checked.
