• I haven’t yet published anything that specifically quantifies human capital, but I wrote an article years ago about aligning human capital. You might also look online as I’m confident there are many articles from a variety of sources that quantify the human element.

• Hi John,
• My name is Kyle Harrison and I graduated from the BYU accounting program in 2017. While I was in school I attended an event at which you spoke, I believe it was a MBA info session. In it, you talked about your experience working on the concept of quantifying human capital, I think it was in regards to a project with Nu Skin? Since then I’ve had the chance to spend a lot of time working on the concept of human capital as I’ve worked as an analyst at a venture capital firm in the bay area.
• Am I correct in remembering those details? And if so, did you ever publish any materials on your experience, or were there any publications that you looked to as you pursued this concept? Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated as I continue to dive into this topic.
