Fairness Tendency

One of the psychological tendencies in Charlie Munger’s framework, discussed in Charlie Munger — The Psychology of Human Misjudgment. Munger frames it as a Kantian impulse toward reciprocal fairness, and speculates that this “Kantian Fairness Tendency” was a major contributor to the abolition of slavery over the last three centuries after it had coexisted with the world’s major religions for far longer.
