38 Letters from J.D. Rockefeller to His Son

Why it’s on the list: Filed with a caveat: the letters are almost certainly not Rockefeller’s.
Provenance warning. This is a print-on-demand compilation credited to a compiler (G. Ng), not a documented Rockefeller work — there is no scholarly edition, no archival source, and no reference to it in Rockefeller biography. It circulates almost entirely through engagement-bait threads of the kind that surfaced it here. Worth reading, if at all, as a specimen of business-advice folklore rather than as a primary source on Rockefeller.
Where I saw it: A @GeniusBusiness_ thread on X, December 28, 2025, promising “9 principles he really taught his heir.”
