About this edition

Not a published book. DTV runs about seventy pages and was privately printed for internal circulation after Valentine’s death in 2019; a handful of physical copies exist, some left in the rooms of a Tuscan hotel Moritz owns. There is no publication date and no retail edition, which is why the link points at the digitized copy (dtvbook.com) rather than a bookseller.
